- Print and fill out the Leadership Camp application and medical release form. Mail the
application, along with full payment or a deposit of $100 (payable to Youth Service International) to
LEADERSHIP CAMP

- Applications are accepted from February 1 to the first day of camp. You can obtain from this website: departure and arrival information, packing lists, address and phone number of the camp, and other details.
- Partial scholarships are available. If you need financial aid, please indicate this in writing on your application form.
